After death cleaning is either expected or unexpected. Expected is when someone is expected to pass away so our services can be pre-booked.

Unexpected is when the person may not have any family or friends to notice their absence. In this case the body may have been left to decompose and liquefy over days perhaps weeks. This requires a very detailed response and can be very complicated.

We may also need to engage insect termination measures as flies and maggots may be infesting the area. This in turn means potential infection of walls from thousands of flies landing and excrement. Maximum disinfection measures engaged with this service.

We also include a treatment certificate which the department of environmental health accept as proof of treatment and resolution.

Whether end of tenancy or repossession we know that occasionally people leave their homes so quickly and immediately that they can be filled with furniture, possessions or waste of many kinds caused by damage or hazards.

Bio-hazardous waste is classed as infectious waste. This type of waste can be defined as anything that is classed as contaminated with infectious materials, agents, solids or liquids that are a danger to public health.

Some examples of potentially bio-hazardous waste include human and animal blood/ elements, tissues, needles/ blades, sanitary waste, recombinant DNA or any waste that contains potentially infectious materials.

Often in these situations we will need to remove items contaminated for incineration which includes professional bagging and certification.

This may require us to remove pieces of carpet, floor or walls which become a hazard to public health - you will be required to replace/ repair the items or areas in question.Maximum disinfection measures engaged with this service.

Their are six levels of hoarder cleaning levels. These ratings start from a few boxes where the floor is visible to where the floor is not visible and heavy rubbish is throughout the property.

At the top level we will normally be required to engage insect infestation measures to eliminate flies, eggs and maggots.

Trash houses are generally similar to house emptying and removal services but full of trash and mess that required bagging and skipping. We then clean to exceptional standards and disinfect as standard with a LOG 4/5 disinfectant.

Clinical Deep Cleans are upgraded Deep Cleaning Services. Clinical Deep Cleaning is ideal for places where the highest standards are expected such as hospitals or government healthcare facilities. With this service we can even  the particles in the air itself. We upgrade disinfectant solutions to 99.9999%.

Disease and infection control can be one of two services:

1 - Preventive Cleaning - This service is ideal for healthcare institutions that deal regularly with patients who have contagious sickness, illness or disease. We attend at regular intervals, perhaps once per month. We disinfect the hard surfaces and air in specific areas.

2 - Emergency response cleaning - This service often is required in hotels and healthcare institutions where there are outbreaks of disease or infection such as swine flu, MRSA or Norovirus. Our solutions are LOG 6 meaning a 99.9999% kill rate. They currently kill every germ, virus and bacteria known to man (August 2018).

Both services generate a treatment report, protection certificate and are fully customised. Maximum disinfection measure engaged with this service.
