Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD were proud to be called "Legends" today after noticing ALDI staff & security and LIDL stationed Police Officers did not have any PPE and donating some professional PPE from our emergency reserves to help them stay safer in their work environment.
The real legends are NHS workers and emergency services staff but it is nice to be able to contribute as professionals in our industry to the safety of others in a different way.

Lessons From the Pandemic
The pandemic changed how many organisations think about cleaning. Schools, care homes, offices and councils learned that a clean-looking room is not necessarily a safe one, and that outbreaks need a planned response. Understanding Kill Rates
Disinfectants are graded on a log scale. A 99.9% product is log 3, which leaves 1 in 1,000 organisms alive. Log 4 is 99.99% and log 5 is 99.999%. The highest level, log 6, is 99.9999%, leaving only 1 in 1,000,000. Most household and supermarket products sit at the bottom of that scale. Specialist disinfection works at up to log 6, which matters wherever vulnerable people, children, patients or food are involved.
