If you manage a residential block, the communal areas are the first thing residents and visitors see. When corridors, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and bin stores are neglected, it quickly leads to complaints, odours, pest risk, and a general feeling that the building is not being looked after. At Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD, we support managing agents and block management companies with reliable block management cleaning in Telford focused on consistency, presentation,

Many offices have a cleaner who empties the bins and wipes the desks. That is fine day to day. It is not designed for an outbreak. When several staff go down with flu, Covid or a sickness bug, the business needs a treatment that deals with what cannot be seen.

Flu season and Covid waves still cause offices to lose whole teams for days at a time. Businesses in Telford, Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton call the team when an outbreak has taken hold and they need the workplace made safe quickly, without closing for longer than necessary.
