  • Special probate terms - 30 days as standard but you can request up to 60 day invoice terms.

Solicitors & Clients - Our 5* Process

  • Call us to discuss you or your clients requirements or pass our number for them to speak to directly.
     

  • We will arrange a suitable time to pick up the keys, view the property, return the keys to you.

​

  • Within 24 hours you will have a full quotation including payment terms, conditions, price, professional recommendations & side notes, photographic evidence, potential dates for work.

​

  • Your quote is valid for up to 30 days - probate terms can be arranged.

​

  • Please read the quote carefully to ensure that you understand all the information and terms.

​

  • All we ask is please let us know as a courtesy whether you are interested or not. At any one time we can have over 60 live quotes on our system - this helps us keep service levels high.

​

  • We begin on time/ we work to complete on time fully unsupervised. We then supply you with a 7-10 page completion report + before/ after pictures.
