Deep cleaning services in Telford, when the room needs clinical care
Updated: 6 days ago
If you are looking for deep cleaning services in Telford, it helps to know what the room needs. A thorough domestic clean is one kind of work. A clinical deep clean treats the air and the surfaces, including the places a cloth cannot reach. Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD, in Madeley, carry out that clinical work across Telford, Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton.
People usually get in touch when mould has settled in a room, when a house has been left, or when a property needs to be made safe before anyone returns. A visit comes first. The work is planned from what we see.
What the treatment includes
The treatment is hospital-grade dry fogging and electrostatic application. In one treatment the solution delivers up to a log 6 reduction, a 99.9999% kill of over 260 harmful fungi, mould, bacteria and viruses. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and safe on all surfaces. The solution and the advanced technology are authorised for use in hospitals, police stations, NHS sites, transplant centres and laboratories throughout the West Midlands. The same hospital-grade disinfection is brought into the home.
On a mould-affected room the order is calm and fixed. Fog first, so airborne spores are dealt with. Then electrostatic treatment, for soft furnishings and the fine joints. Then a careful hard-surface wash-down. Then a final fog as we leave. If you would like antifungal painting afterwards, we can pass you to a professional decorator. We do not carry out the painting.
Who it is for
This is for households, landlords, housing officers and families. It is not a standard end-of-tenancy clean. We no longer offer that. If the request is a simple checkout clean, we will say so kindly.
How to arrange a visit
Call 0800 193 3699 or 07462 479 576, or email specialists@shropshirecleaners.expert. We do not set out to be the cheapest. The work is priced for the quality of the treatment.
