Cleaning is all about the detail, we even disinfect the door handles, light switches, bathrooms and kitchens as standard to make it safe on arrival or departure.
On our checklist includes:
- Limescale & hard water removal
- Disinfection of bathroom & kitchen surfaces including internal/ external cupboards.
- Scrubbing, cleaning, rinsing, polishing and drying of internal property windows & frames.
- Scrubbing, cleaning, rinsing, polishing of paintwork including doors, frames, skirting boards & radiators, plug sockets, light switches and heating controls.
- Cleaning & polishing of any furniture, furnishings, pictures or otherwise being left in property.
- Acid cleaning of toilets if required.
- Cleaning of white goods such as fridges/ microwaves/ freezers/ external washing machines if required.
- Internal/ external cleaning of wardrobes/ shelves and other bedroom furnishings.
- Removal of spiders & cobwebs

Cleaning What You Cannot See
A standard clean removes dirt you can see. Viruses, bacteria and mould spores are invisible, and they can survive on surfaces and in the air after a room looks spotless. Specialist disinfection tackles both. Visible contamination is removed first, then the air and surfaces are treated with NHS-validated technology that has an up to 99.9999% kill rate against over 260 pathogens. Understanding Kill Rates
Disinfectants are graded on a log scale. A 99.9% product is log 3, which leaves 1 in 1,000 organisms alive. Log 4 is 99.99% and log 5 is 99.999%. The highest level, log 6, is 99.9999%, leaving only 1 in 1,000,000. Most household and supermarket products sit at the bottom of that scale. Specialist disinfection works at up to log 6, which matters wherever vulnerable people, children, patients or food are involved.
