We view your property ahead of time and provide you with a detailed and written quote which is useful for your inspection to ensure all parts have been completed. It is also useful in that you can pass this onto your estate or letting agent as proof of a professional end of tenancy or move out clean.
Cleaning is all about the detail, we even disinfect the door handles, light switches, bathrooms and kitchens as standard to make it safe on arrival or departure.
On our checklist includes:
- Limescale & hard water removal
- Disinfection of bathroom & kitchen surfaces including internal/ external cupboards.
- Scrubbing, cleaning, rinsing, polishing and drying of internal property windows & frames.
- Scrubbing, cleaning, rinsing, polishing of paintwork including doors, frames, skirting boards & radiators, plug sockets, light switches and heating controls.
- Cleaning & polishing of any furniture, furnishings, pictures or otherwise being left in property.
- Acid cleaning of toilets if required.
- Cleaning of white goods such as fridges/ microwaves/ freezers/ external washing machines if required.
- Internal/ external cleaning of wardrobes/ shelves and other bedroom furnishings.
- Removal of spiders & cobwebs
If you have other requirements please discuss them with us, we have not come across a job as yet we cannot complete! If we do, then we will happily advise and consult you when we visit regarding who you may need to use.
