Every cleaning company has its own definition of what an end of tenancy clean is.

First thing to understand is that we customise each end of tenancy clean depending on the individual needs and expectations of the tenant/ landlord and property condition.

What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
1. Paintwork (all areas)
We use NHS grade detergents to remove dirt, grime and dust, rinse and polish all paintwork which includes skirting boards, doors, door frames and radiators.
2. Internal windows
We clean internal windows including small amounts of mold as standard. This includes window handles, window glass, window frames and window sills leaving them all sparkling on the inside.
3. Bathroom/ Toilet/ Shower room
This is where we, as professionals are known throughout the West Midlands. We remove heavy limescale from taps/ surfaces and shower screens, clean grout and wall tiles, clean and sanitise toilets and even drain and use appropriate acid in the toilet bowl if needed.
We scrub all surfaces apart from walls and polish any chrome and stainless steel fixtures you might have. Any wall units that we find are cleaned internally and externally and sanitise the toilet with a EN14476 disinfectant which will kill the viruses and bacteria and literally leave it clean enough to eat off.
4. Kitchen & Utility
Cleaning of all paintwork and as standard we scrub/ rinse/ polish internal and external kitchen units, side laminates, worktops and at an extra request under and above units.
Heavy limescale removal available for sinks and taps is required but light/ medium limescale is included as standard. Internal/ external cleaning of white goods such as fridge freezers/ microwaves included.
Please note we DO NOT provide oven cleaning - we can suggest a superb company who exclusively deals with excellent oven cleaning and who are priced very competitively if you require this - we can try and organise this for you.
When we leave... the property will be spotless but an extra advantage we have being an infection control company is that we clean touch points like light switches, plug sockets, kitchen unit handles, window handles, banisters, hand rails, taps and doors handles with an EN14476 disinfectant that kills all bacteria and viruses at 99.999% kill rate.
