Paperwork for Executors and Landlords
Executors, solicitors and landlords often need a record of what happened to a property's contents. The team can provide a written summary of items set aside, items donated and waste removed, with photographs before and after. That record helps when closing an estate, settling a tenancy or showing an insurer that the work was done properly. The solicitors' cleaning and clearance page explains how the team works with legal firms.
What a House Clearance Includes
A full clearance covers everything from furniture and white goods to loft contents, sheds and garages. Before anything leaves the property, the team sets aside paperwork, photographs, jewellery and anything the family has asked to keep. Usable items are donated to charities wherever possible, and the rest is removed and disposed of lawfully under a waste carrier licence. Once the property is empty it can be handed back clean and ready for sale, letting or return to the landlord.
Clearances After a Death or a Move Into Care
Most clearances happen at a difficult time: after a bereavement, or when a parent moves into a care home. Families are often juggling probate, work and travel. The team can work from a key held by a solicitor or neighbour, keep the family updated with photographs, and agree a timetable that fits around the estate or the tenancy deadline. The guide to bereavement house clearances covers this in more detail.
Clearance Plus Specialist Cleaning
Some properties need more than emptying. If a home has mould, has been affected by a death, or has been hoarded, the same team can carry out the specialist cleaning once the clearance is done, without a second contractor. That includes after-death cleaning, mould removal and hospital-grade disinfection with an up to 99.9999% kill rate against over 260 pathogens.
Working Across Shropshire and the West Midlands
From its base in Madeley, Telford, the team covers Telford and Wrekin, Shrewsbury and the Shropshire market towns, including Newport, Shifnal, Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Ludlow, Market Drayton, Whitchurch, Wem and Oswestry. It also works across Wolverhampton, Dudley and the wider West Midlands. Rural jobs are planned around access, parking and distance, so a village property gets the same response as a town-centre flat.
What Kind of Company This Is
Shropshire Expert Cleaners LTD does not do regular, standard, one-off or standard end-of-tenancy cleaning. Every job it takes on in Telford and Shrewsbury is specialist work, such as hospital-grade disinfection, after-death and trauma cleaning, biohazard cleaning, mould removal, and hoarder or house clearance.
